| Most of the time after filling a spa the pumps run but no water flow this is due to a air lock or the valves are turned off. remove the air lock by loosing a connection in the plumbing I go for the union on the pump , just loosin the big nut and when you hear the air escape and only water is coming out tighten the nut do this only when the pump is not on. next time you fill the spa do it through the filter area, Hope this helpsSpa Air Lock - Purging the air out of the system When purging air out of the system, be sure the pump(s) are turned OFF. Open unions counterclockwise to release air until water runs out. Then close the unions. There may be one relief valve per pump.  | |
